Fair Lawn – The borough is on track to become the second “stigma-free zone” in Bergen County next month.
The Care Plus New Jersey initiative to eliminate stigmas attached to those who suffer from mental illness has received unanimous consent from the borough council to begin in May, which is Mental Health Awareness month.
