May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It’s of particular significance in Indiana where we’re at or near the top of one of those lists no state wants to be on. Indiana ranks highest in the number of high school students who have contemplated suicide…second highest in those who have actually attempted it. It’s happening around us, but nobody wants to talk about it. Yet it’s a major cause of death for young people in our area.
