How Campus Mental Health Training Helps

Nearly half of college students struggle with their mental health, leading many to leave school early. Get them ready to face the stressors of college life with our evidence-based training.

Set Students Up for Success

Give students the resilience they’ll need now — and after graduation.

Prevent Burnout Before They Drop Out

1 in 3 students who drop out cite mental health reasons. Address what’s affecting their performance early and offer your support.

Get Faculty and Staff Involved

Faculty and staff want to help, but 40% don’t feel prepared to step in when a student needs support. Give them the tools to handle those tough conversations.

Build a Support Network

30% of students feel alone. When your campus community has the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE), there’s always someone ready to help.

Reduce Stigma

Many students worry that their friends will think less of them if they’re struggling. Spread awareness to change your campus culture for the better.

Support Recovery

Recovery is possible — teach people on your campus to support themselves and others through tough times.
