Chamisal resident Juliana Anastasoff has been named the Con Alma Foundation’s 2013 Hero of Health. Anastasoff was key, for example, in bringing Mental Health First Aid to local residents. The program created a network of hundreds of individuals trained in responding to mental health crises and recognizing early signs of behavioral health problems.
